fa اثرات نامتقارن تکانه‌های نفت و شرایط اقتصادی بر شاخص اقتصاد سبز The Asymmetric Effects of Oil Shocks and Economic Conditions on the Green Economy Index شوك هاي نفتي Oil Shocks مقاله paper پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثرات نامتقارن شوک‌های نفتی (شوک‌های تقاضا و عرضه) و شرایط اقتصاد جهانی برشاخص اقتصاد سبز (GEI)<a href="#_ftn1" name="_ftnref1" title="">[1]</a>  در دو گروه از کشورها (شامل کشورهای با درآمد بالا و درآمد متوسط) انجام شده است. در این راستا، از داده‌های ۱۴۹کشور طی دوره ۲۰۰۰ تا ۲۰۲۰ استفاده شده است. برای اندازه‌گیری شاخص اقتصاد سبز، از رویکرد شاخص‌سازی چندبعدی معرفی‌شده توسط سارما (2015) و برای تحلیل اثرات بلندمدت، از مدل‌های پانلی اقتصادسنجی با در نظر گرفتن وابستگی مقطعی و روش FMOLS<a href="#_ftn2" name="_ftnref2" title="">[2]</a> استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که اثر متغیرهای اقتصادی و انرژی‌ محور بر شاخص اقتصاد سبز در کشورها به‌شدت به‌سطح توسعه آن‌ها وابسته است. در کشورهای با درآمد متوسط، رشد اقتصادی و شوک‌های تقاضای نفت منجر به افزایش شاخص GEI  و در نتیجه کاهش پایداری می‌شود، در حالی که در کشورهای با درآمد بالا، همین عوامل با بهره‌گیری از فناوری‌های نوین و سیاست‌های زیست‌محیطی کارآمدتر، اثر معکوس دارند. همچنین، تنها در کشورهای با درآمد بالا، شوک‌های عرضه نفت اثر معناداری بر بهبود پایداری محیط‌زیستی داشته‌اند. نتایج تأکید می‌کند که سیاست‌گذاری‌های محیط‌زیستی و انرژی باید متناسب با ساختار اقتصادی و سطح توسعه کشورها طراحی شود تا امکان استفاده بهینه از ظرفیت‌های اقتصاد سبز فراهم گردد. طبقه‌بندی JEL: Q56، Q46، C33، C43. کلیدواژه: اقتصاد سبز، تکانه‌های نفتی، FMOLS ، شاخص GEI <div></div> This article studies the asymmetric impacts of oil shocks (both demand and supply) and global economic conditions on the Green Economy Index (GEI) across two country groups. high-income and middle-income nations. Utilizing data from 149 countries over the period 2000–2020, the GEI is calculated using the multidimensional index construction approach proposed by Sarma (2015). This index incorporates key dimensions such as reductions in greenhouse gas emissions, investment in renewable energy, energy efficiency, and environmental health, thereby enabling meaningful cross-country comparisons. To analyze long-term impacts, panel econometric models with cross-sectional dependence were employed, using the Fully Modified Ordinary Least Squares (FMOLS) estimation method. The results indicate that the influence of economic and energy-related variables on the GEI is highly dependent on the level of national development. In middle-income countries, economic growth and oil demand shocks are associated with an increase in the GEI—indicating reduced sustainability. Conversely, in high-income countries, the same factors lead to improved sustainability due to the deployment of advanced technologies and more effective environmental policies. Additionally, only in high-income countries do oil supply shocks significantly contribute to improved environmental sustainability. These findings underscore the importance of tailoring environmental and energy policies to each country’s economic structure and development level to fully leverage the potential of the green economy.
