fa نوسانات تولید نفت و انتشار دی اکسید کربن در خاورمیانه با استفاده از تبدیل موجک پیوسته Oil Production Volatility and Carbon Dioxide Emissions in the Middle East Using Continuous Wavelet Transform اقتصاد انرژي Energy Economic پژوهشي Research <a name="_Hlk65503728"></a>این پژوهش به بررسی رابطه میان رشد اقتصادی، تولید نفت و انتشار دی‌اکسید کربن در هفت کشور عمده تولیدکننده نفت خاورمیانه (ایران، عراق، کویت، عمان، قطر، عربستان سعودی و امارات متحده عربی) در بازه زمانی ۲۰۰۱ تا ۲۰۲۰ می‌پردازد. با استفاده از چارچوب منحنی زیست‌محیطی کوزنتس و ابزارهای موجک پیشرفته شامل تبدیل موجک پیوسته و تحلیل همدوسی موجک، نوسانات کوتاه‌مدت و بلندمدت انتشار دی⁠اکسید کربن و اثر شوک‌های اقتصادی و ژئوپلیتیکی بر آن تحلیل شده است. نتایج رگرسیون کوانتایلی نشان می‌دهد که الگوی منحنی کوزنتس در سطوح مختلف رشد اقتصادی متفاوت است؛ در سطوح پایین و بالای انتشار، رابطه U شکل حاکم است، در حالی که در میانه توزیع، اثر رشد اقتصادی بر انتشار تقریباً خنثی است. تحلیل موجک و همدوسی موجک نشان می‌دهد که ایران، عراق و عربستان دارای پیوند ساختاری قوی میان تولید نفت و انتشار دی⁠اکسید کربن هستند، در حالی که کشورهای متنوع‌سازی شده مانند قطر و امارات وابستگی کمتری به نفت دارند. یافته‌ها تأکید بر وابستگی شدید اقتصادهای منطقه به سوخت‌های فسیلی و ضرورت گذار به اقتصاد کم‌کربن دارد.. طبقه‌بندی JEL: Q43، Q56، C22، O13. کلیدواژه ها: انتشار دی⁠اکسید کربن، تولید نفت، تولید ناخالص داخلی (GDP)، نوسانات قیمت نفت، تبدیل موجک. <div aria-label="شکستن صفحه" class="cke_pagebreak" contenteditable="false" data-cke-display-name="pagebreak" data-cke-pagebreak="1" style="page-break-after:always" title="شکستن صفحه"></div> This study examines the relationship between economic growth, oil production, and carbon dioxide emissions in seven major oil-producing countries in the Middle East (Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates) over the period 2001–2020. Using the Environmental Kuznets Curve framework and advanced wavelet tools, including Continuous Wavelet Transform and Wavelet Coherence analysis, both short- and long-term fluctuations in carbon dioxide emissions and the effects of economic and geopolitical shocks are analyzed. Quantile regression results indicate that the Environmental Kuznets Curve pattern varies across different levels of economic growth: U-shaped relationships dominate at the lower and upper tails of the emission distribution, while the effect of growth on emissions is almost neutral at the median. Wavelet and coherence analyses show that Iran, Iraq, and Saudi Arabia exhibit a strong structural link between oil production and carbon dioxide emissions, whereas more diversified economies, such as Qatar and the UAE, show lower dependency on oil. The findings highlight the high fossil fuel dependency of these economies and underscore the urgent need for a transition toward low-carbon development. JEL Classification: Q43, Q56, C22, O13.
