fa اثر بلندمدت انتشار تکنولوژی بر هزینه متوسط بالادستی صنعت نفت؛ مطالعه موردی ایران (96-1346) اقتصاد انرژي Energy Economic رساله(پايان نامه) دكتري Thesis(PhD.) <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">بررسی ادبیات مربوط به منابع پایان&rlm;پذیر نشان می&rlm;دهد که پیشرفت&rlm;های تکنولوژیکی در طی زمان تأثیر بسیاری بر کاهش اثر تخلیه&rlm;سازی منابع و کاهش هزینه&rlm;های بهره&rlm;برداری داشته&rlm;اند؛ بنابراین می&rlm;توان گفت تکنولوژی یکی از مهم‌ترین و اثرگذارترین متغیرها در تابع تولید و هزینه بهره&rlm;برداری از این منابع می&rlm;باشد. در این مطالعه اثر بلندمدت انتشار تکنولوژی بر هزینه متوسط در بخش بالادستی صنعت نفت ایران مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. متغیرهای مورد نظر&nbsp; مطالعه حاضر عبارتند از: تولید نفت و گاز، هزینه متوسط در بخش بالادستی، نرخ تخلیه&rlm;سازی منابع و انتشار تکنولوژی در بخش بالادستی. از آنجایی که نتایج آزمون همجمعی بیانگر وجود رابطه بلندمدت میان متغیرها می&rlm;باشد با استفاده از الگوی تصحیح خطای برداری، روابط بلندمدت میان متغیرها برای دوره زمانی مورد مطالعه (96-1346) بررسی شده است. نتایج آزمون یوهانسون نشان می&rlm;دهد که یک رابطه هم&rlm;انباشتگی بلندمدت میان متغیرهای الگو وجود دارد. با استفاده از توابع عکس&rlm;العمل آنی، اثر بهبود تکنولوژی بر کاهش هزینه در بخش بالادستی، افزایش تولید نفت و افزایش اثر تخلیه&rlm;سازی نشان داده شده است. در پایان نیز با استفاده از تجزیه واریانس، سهم نوسانات هر متغیر در تغییرات هزینه متوسط در هر دوره ارائه شده است. بیشترین درصد تغییر مربوط به متغیر تکنولوژی می&rlm;باشد. سهم این متغیر تا پایان دوره پانزدهم صعودی بوده است. ضریب تعدیل بلندمدت برای کلیه متغیرها دارای علامت مورد انتظار است و منفی می&rlm;باشد. در این الگو ضریب تکنولوژی بی&rlm;معنا می&rlm;باشد چون تکنولوژی نسبت به پارامترهای رابطه بلندمدت، برون&rlm;زای ضعیف است.</span></span><br> &nbsp; Literature review related to nonrenewable resources shows that technological improvements have considerable effects on resource depletion and decreasing operational cost.&nbsp; Therefore it is assumed that technology is the most important and influential variables in the production function and utilization cost of these resources. In this study, we assess the long term effect of technology diffusion on average cost in oil industry upstream activities. Desired variables in this research include: oil and gas production, upstream average cost, depletion effect and technology diffusion in the upstream sector. We use cointegration test results, using error vector correction model to study the long term relationship between variables for 1967 to 2017 time frame. Johansson test results show that there is a long term cointegrated relationship between variables of the model. Using instantaneous reaction functions, we calculate the effect of technology improvement on upstream cost reduction, oil production increase and increase of evacuation effect.&nbsp; At the end, we use variance analysis, to calculate the share of each variable variation in changing average cost in each period. The highest variation value relates to the technology variable. The share of this variable has been ascending up to the 15^th period of time. The long term adjustment coefficient for all variables is found to have the desired sign and be negative.
