fa بررسی تأثیر عدم قطعیت مصرف برق بر نابرابری دهک‌های درآمدی در ایران (رهیافت رگرسیون فازی) اقتصاد برق E.Economic مقاله paper عدم قطعیت موجود در متغیرهای اقتصادی آثار جبران ناپذیری را به جامعه تحمیل می کند. بنابراین جلوگیری از تبعات عدم قطعیت موجود در اقتصاد امری ضروری است. یکی از این پدیده ها تاثیر عدم قطعیت در توزیع مصرف برق بر نابرابری بین دهک های درآمدی است. از این رو بررسی تاثیر عدم قطعیت در اقتصاد بر توزیع درآمد نیازمند مدلسازی دقیق است. در این مقاله با استفاده از مدل رگرسیون فازی با ضرایب متقارن و نا متقارن در محیط برنامه متلب وگمز به بررسی تاثیر عدم قطعیت در توزیع مصرف برق بر ضریب جینی دهک های درآمدی در ایران برای دوره زمانی 1399- 1375 پرداخته شده است. نتایج نشان می&shy;دهد که دامنه ی پهنای راست و چپ ضریب جینی تمام دهک های درآمدی به جز دهک چهارم، پنجم و هشتم تا سال1390 انحراف قابل توجهی نداشته است. اما از سال 1390 به بعد دامنه انحراف پهنای راست و چپ افزایش یافته است که بیانگر افزایش نابرابری در توزیع درآمد در سال های مذکور است. این موضوع اهمیت توزیع مصرف برق را در کاهش نابرابری درآمد تا حد پهنای چپ بر توزیع درآمد برجسته می کند. ارزیابی نتایج نشان&shy;دهنده کارایی فوق&shy;العاده مدل رگرسیون با ضرایب فازی است. <span dir="LTR"></span> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="EN-GB" style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">The uncertainty in economic variables imposes irreparable effects on the society. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent the consequences of uncertainty in the economy. One of these phenomena is the impact of uncertainty in electricity and lighting consumption on inequality between income deciles. Therefore, investigating the impact of uncertainty in the economy on income distribution requires accurate modeling. In this article, by using the fuzzy regression model with symmetric and asymmetric coefficients in the MATLAB and Wegamz environment, the effect of uncertainty in the distribution of electricity consumption on the Gini coefficient of income deciles in Iran for the period of 2015-2018 has been investigated. The results show that the range of the right and left width of the Gini coefficient of all income deciles, except the first and second deciles, did not deviate significantly until 2013. However, since 2010, the range of deviation of the right and left width has increased, which indicates the increase in inequality in income distribution in the mentioned years. This issue highlights the importance of the distribution of electricity and lighting consumption in reducing income inequality to the extent of the left width on the income distribution.
