fa راهکاری برای تأمین مالی در صنعت بالادستی صنعت نفت و گاز با استفاده از صندوق سرمایه گذاری پروژه قراردادهاي نفتي-حقوقي Contracts رساله(پايان نامه) دكتري Thesis(PhD.) تأمین مالی یکی از مهم ترین چالش‌ها در راه‌اندازی پروژه‌ها است. روش‌های مختلف تأمین مالی بسته به نوع بازار و میزان ریسک و بازدهی، تأثیرات متفاوتی بر عملکرد پروژه دارد. یکی از روش‌های نوین تأمین مالی پروژه‌ها، ایجاد صندوق سرمایه‌گذاری پروژه از طریق بازار سرمایه می‌باشد که در این روش سرمایه‌گذاران مالک نهایی پروژه بوده و لذا در سود اقتصادی طرح شریک می‌شوند. با توجه به اینکه پروژه‌های بخش بالادستی نفت و گاز بسیار هزینه بر می‌باشند، تأمین مالی با این روش در بازار بورس، سرمایه‌های خرد جامعه نیز در پروژه به کار گرفته می<span dir="LTR">‌</span>شود و لذا از دیدگاه کلان، تلاطم<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های اقتصادی نقدینگی کنترل می<span dir="LTR">‌</span>شود. این نوشتار به بررسی روش تأمین مالی صندوق پروژه، در صنعت بالادستی نفت و گاز می‌پردازد. در پژوهش حاضر با روش توصیفی و کتابخانه‌ای اقتضائات صنعت مذکور شامل هزینه، زمان و ریسک مطالعه شده است، ارکان صندوق بر شمرده شده و همچنین چالش‌های این روش شامل مالکیت تأسیسات و تجهیزات پروژه در پایان ساخت پروژه و مالیات نقل و انتقال بررسی شده و راهکارهایی نیز پیشنهاد گردیده است. مزایای صندوق مزبور از دیدگاه کلان اقتصادی کنترل، هدایت نقدینگی<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های خرد به سمت تولید و از دید شرکت ناشر صرفه جویی مالیاتی و مدیریت نقدینگی می باشد. Financing is one of the most important challenges in launching new projects. Different methods of financing have different effects on project performance due to the variety of market and its risk and return. One of the new methods of financing projects is the creation of a project fund through the capital market, which investors are the final owner of the project, so participate in the economic benefits of the project. As regards the projects of the upstream oil and gas sector are very capital-intensive, in case of this financing method in the stock market, the micro-investor will also invest in the project, so in macro perspective, the economic fluctuation of liquidity is partially controlled. This paper examines the use of project fund finance in the upstream oil and gas industry. In this study, the requirements of the mentioned industry including cost, time and risk have been studied, using descriptive method and libraries.
