fa تجزیه سهم عوامل موثر بر آلودگی محیط زیست در ایران با استفاده از رویکرد ارزش شیپلی- اون Decomposition of the Share of Factors Affecting Environmental Pollution in Iran Using the Shapley-Owen Value Approach قراردادهاي نفتي-حقوقي Contracts مقاله paper دستیابی به رشد و توسعه پایدار همراه با افزایش کیفیت محیط زیست از اهداف مهم و اساسی اقتصاد ایران است. اولین گام برای تحقق این هدف شناسایی و رتبه‌‌بندی عوامل موثر بر آلودگی محیط زیست است. با توجه به اهمیت موضوع، پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از رویکرد ارزش شیپلی-اون سهم عوامل موثر بر آلودگی محیط زیست ایران را طی دوره 1397-1361 تجزیه کرده‌‌است. رهیافت شیپلی-اون علاوه‌بر محاسبه سهم متغیرهای توضیحی، سهم مولفه‌‌های تشکیل‌‌دهنده هر متغیر توضیحی را از متغیر وابسته نیز محاسبه می‌‌کند. یافته‌‌های روش شیپلی نشان می‌‌دهند مصرف انرژی بیشترین سهم از آلودگی محیط زیست را به خود اختصاص می‌‌دهد. نتایج حاصل از رویکرد اون نیز نشان می‌دهند مصرف انرژی در بخش حمل و نقل بیشترین سهم و در بخش کشاورزی کمترین سهم از کل آلودگی محیط زیست را دارد. گسترش شهرنشینی، افزایش بی‌رویه وسایل نقلیه غیر استاندارد، کیفیت پایین سوخت‌‌های مصرفی همراه با منابع طبیعی فراوان و ارزان، تحریم‌‌های تجاری علیه کشور، وضع تعرفه‌‌ گمرکی بر واردات ماشین‌‌آلات و عدم آگاهی و آموزش در مورد عواقب زیان‌‌بار آلودگی، باعث افزایش فزاینده مصرف انرژی در بخش‌‌های مختلف اقتصادی و به تبع آن افزایش آلودگی محیط زیست کشور شده‌‌اند. طبقه‌بندی JEL:  Q5، Q4، C20. کلیدواژه‌ها: آلودگی محیط زیست، مصرف انرژی، رویکرد شیپلی-اون، ایران. <div aria-label="شکستن صفحه" class="cke_pagebreak" data-cke-display-name="pagebreak" data-cke-pagebreak="1" style="page-break-after:always" title="شکستن صفحه" contenteditable="false"></div>   Achieving economic growth and sustainable development with increasing the environmental quality are principal goals of the Iranian economy. Identifying and ranking factors affecting the pollution environment is the first step to reaching this goal. Due to the importance of the subject, the present study has decomposed the share of factors affecting environmental pollution in Iran during 1982-2018 using the Shapley-Owen value approach. The Shapley-Owen approach, in addition to calculating the explanatory variables share, also computes the constituent components contribution of each explanatory variable from the dependent variable. Findings of the Shapley technique show that energy consumption has the largest share of environmental pollution. The results of Owen's method also indicate that energy consumption in the transportation and the agricultural sector contains the highest and the lowest contribution of total environmental pollution, respectively. Expansion of urbanization, an uncontrolled increase of non-standard vehicles, low quality of consumed fuels along with abundant and cheap natural resources, trade sanctions against the country, imposition of tariffs on the import of machinery, and lack of awareness and proper education about the consequences of harmful pollution has led to an accelerating increase in energy consumption in various economic sectors and, consequently, an increase in the environmental pollution in the country.
