fa طراحی مدل تامین مالی پروژه های انرژی تجدیدپذیر برای توسعه اقتصادی پایدار با رویکرد معادلات تفسیری-ساختاری جامع سياست هاي پولي-مالي سياست هاي پولي-مالي رساله(پايان نامه) دكتري Thesis(PhD.) <span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">یکی از دغدغه های کشور در بخش انرژی های تجدیدپذیر برای توسعه پایدار، مسائل مربوط به تامین مالی آن&shy;ها می باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف درک عمیق از ابعاد، مولفه&shy;ها و شاخص&shy;های تامین مالی انرژی&shy;های تجدیدپذیر و تبیین روابط علّی میان آن‌ها به منظور طراحی مدل مناسب با استفاده از رویکردی آمیخته (کیفی ـ کمّی) انجام شده است. در بخش کیفی ابعاد، مولفه&shy;ها و شاخص ها از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته شناسایی &nbsp;و با روش تحلیل محتوا و تکنیک کدگذاری استخراج شد. سپس در بخش کمی، ابعاد استخراج شده با روش دلفی فازی تایید شدند و مدل به روش مدلسازی تفسیری-ساختاری جامع طراحی شد. جامعه تحقیق 21 نفر از خبرگان شامل مدیران و کارشناسان ارشد در حوزه انرژی-های تجدیدپذیر می</span></span></span> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">باشند که با روش نمونه</span></span></span> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">گیری غیراحتمالی هدفمند و تکنیک گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. یافته های بخش کیفی نشان داد که مدل دارای 13 بعد به همراه 39 مولفه و 82 شاخص می باشد. در بخش کمی نیز یافته ها نشان داد که مدل دارای هفت سطح می باشد به گونه ای که بعد&laquo;حمایت‌های مستقیم و غیر مستقیم دولت از صنعت انرژی&raquo;، در بهبود تامین مالی انرژی های تجدیدپذیر تاثیرگذارترین می باشد. </span></span></span> <span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">One of the country&#39;s issues in the renewable energy sector for sustainable development is their financing. The current research was carried out with the aim of deeply understanding the dimensions, components and indicators of renewable energy financing and explaining the causal relationships between them in order to design a suitable model using a mixed (qualitative-quantitative) approach. In the qualitative part, the dimensions, components, and indicators were identified through semi-structured interviews and extracted using content analysis and coding techniques. then, in the quantitative part, the extracted dimensions were confirmed by the fuzzy Delphi method and the model was designed by the comprehensive structural-interpretive modeling method. The research community consists of 21 experts, including managers and senior experts in the field of renewable energy, who were selected by targeted non-probability sampling and snowball technique. The findings of the qualitative section showed that the model has 13 dimensions with 39 components and 82 indicators.
