fa اولویت‌بندی طرح‌های سرمایه‌ای نفت و گاز با استفاده از الگوهای تصمیم‌گیری چند معیاره(MCDM) اقتصاد انرژي Energy Economic رساله(پايان نامه) دكتري Thesis(PhD.) <span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">گستردگی،پیچیدگی وتنوع طرح‌های صنعت نفت وگاز به ویژه دربخش بالادستی، اهمیت اولویت‌بندی این طرح‌ها را جهت نیل به اهداف موردنظر دوچندان ساخته است. دراین تحقیق براساس آمار واطلاعات مربوط به طرح‌های سرمایه‌ای بالادستی نفت وشاخص‌ها ومعیارهایی که منعکس‌کننده اهمیت پروژه‌های بخش سرمایه‌ای نفت می‌باشند،اولویت‌بندی آن‌ها صورت گرفته است. براساس تجربیات کارشناسان وخبرگان نفت وانرژی وهمچنین محاسبات کمی شاخص‌های مورد نظر براساس اطلاعات موجود، <u>20</u> معیار و شاخص‌ مناسب برای اولویت‌بندی<u>74</u> طرح‌ سرمایه‌ای بخش بالادستی نفت ذیل<u>5</u> شرکت تولیدی اصلی نفت و گاز،مورد تایید سازمان برنامه وبودجه،شناسایی شده وبا استفاده از روش‌ها والگوهای بکارگیری همزمان شاخص‌ها ومعیارها،از طریق روش تصمیم‌گیری چندمعیاره،طرح‌های مورد نظر اولویت‌بندی شده است. مدل مورد استفاده دراین تحقیق کاربردی،الگو یا مدل‌های تصمیم‌گیری چند معیاره برای حل مسئله می‌باشد. شاخص‌سازی برای طرح‌های سرمایه‌ای نفت وتشکیل ماتریس تصمیم‌گیری طرح‌ها براساس شاخص‌ها، تبدیل شاخص‌های کیفی به کمی، بی‌مقیاس‌سازی شاخص‌ها، ارزیابی اوزان شاخص‌ها ودر نهایت دستیابی به مدل تصمیم‌گیری مناسب برای اولویت‌بندی طرح‌ها دراین تحقیق مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. پرسش‌ اصلی تحقیق این است که بدانیم معیارها وشاخص‌های مهم در اولویت‌بندی طرح‌های تولیدی وعملیاتی (سرمایه‌ای) نفت کدامند </span></span></span><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">و با تاکید براستفاده از الگوهای تصمیم‌گیری چند معیاره و اولویت‌بندی طرح‌های تولیدی و عملیاتی (سرمایه‌ای) نفت، اولویت‌بندی مطلوب این طرح‌ها چگونه حاصل می‌شود.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span lang="EN" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The extent,complexity and diversity of oil and gas industry projects,especially in the upstream sector, have doubled the importance of prioritizing these projects in order to achieve the desired goals. In this research,based on the statistics and information related to upstream oil capital projects and the indicators and criteria that reflect the importance of oil capital sector projects,they have been prioritized.
