fa الزامات قانونی گذار از انرژی فسیلی به تجدیدپذیر با مقایسه نظام حقوقی اتحادیه اروپا، چین و ایران انرژي هاي تجديدپذير و تجديدناپذير انرژي هاي تجديدپذير و تجديدناپذير مقاله paper <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">منابع انرژی تجدید پذیر شامل انرژی باد، انرژی خورشیدی، انرژی آب، انرژی زیست توده، انرژی زمین گرمایی، انرژی دریایی و سایر انرژی های غیر فسیلی نقش بسیار مهمی در امنیت انرژی، توسعه اجتماعی و اقتصادی، دسترسی به انرژی، تضمین تأمین انرژی در طولانی مدت، کاهش تغییرات آب و هوایی و کاهش اثرات زیست محیطی و بهداشتی دارند. امروزه با توجه به اهمیت استفاده از انرژی های تجدیدپذیر به جای انرژی های فسیلی، کشورهای زیادی با تصویب قوانین و مقررات و اتخاذ سیاست های تشویقی و حمایتی، در پی جایگزین سازی منابع انرژی خود هستند. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">پژوهشگر در این پژوهش با روش تحقیق کتابخانه ای به مطالعه تطبیقی قوانین و مقررات و بررسی برنامه‌ها و سیاست‌های تشویق کننده توسعه انرژی پاک در اتحادیه اروپا، چین و ایران به عنوان فناوری‌های اصلی برق تجدیدپذیر مشترک در هر کشور می‌پردازد و الزامات قانونی برای گسترش و توسعه انرژی های تجدیدپذیر در این کشورها را مورد بررسی قرار می دهد و وضعیت حقوقی ایران جهت گذار از انرژی فسیلی به پاک را تبیین نموده و این نتیجه به دست آمد که ایران برخلاف سایر کشورهای موفق در این زمینه، فاقد قانون خاص مدون در این زمینه بوده و از سیاست های تشویقی، سیاست خرید تضمینی برق را دنبال می کند.</span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:115%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Renewable energy sources including Energies of wind, solar, water, biomass, geothermal, marine and other non-fossil energy play a very important role in energy security, social and economic development, access to energy, ensuring energy supply in the long term, they reduce climate change and reduce environmental and health effects.
