fa تحلیل تغییرات دوره‌ای رفتار روسیه در مجمع کشورهای صادرکننده گاز با رویکرد مارکف سوئیچینگ نهادهاي بين المللي انرژي OPEC,APEC,IEA, پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">بررسی رفتار تولیدکنندگان اصلی گاز با توجه به اهمیت روزافزون این سوخت فسیلی ازجمله&nbsp; مهم‌ترین مسائل کشورهای واردکننده و صادرکننده انرژی است. ظهور مجمع کشورهای صادرکننده گاز به‌عنوان اصلی‌ترین بازیگر در بازار جهانی گاز به تحلیل تغییرات رفتار اعضای این&nbsp; مجمع&nbsp; ازجمله روسیه به دلیل ظرفیت اضافی در تولید اهمیت می‌بخشد. در این مقاله رفتار روسیه در مجمع کشورهای صادرکننده گاز با استفاده از مدل تغییر جهت مارکوف و داده‌های ماهانه 2008 تا 2022 بررسی‌شده است.&nbsp; نتایج نشان داد که الگوی رفتار روسیه در مجمع در طول زمان بین دو رژیم رقابتی و تبانی در نوسان نیست. به طوری که رفتار روسیه در رژیم اول به‌صورت غیررقابتی و بر مبنای الگوی &quot;تسهیم جزئی بازار&quot; رفتار روسیه در رژیم دوم به‌صورت غیررقابتی و بر مبنای الگوی &quot;تسهیم بازار و قیمت‌گذاری&quot; بوده است. به عبارتی با تغییر رژیم، رفتار روسیه در مجمع کشورهای صادرکننده گاز در حالت تبانی بین دو الگوی متفاوت تغییر کرده است. همچنین نتایج نشان داد متوسط طول دوره ماندن روسیه در رژیم اول </span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">19/18</span></span></span> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">ماه و متوسط طول دوره ماندن روسیه در رژیم دوم 15/27 ماه است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="line-height:normal"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black">Investigating the behavior of the main gas producers due to the increasing importance of this fossil fuel is one of the most significant issues of energy importing and exporting countries. The emergence of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum as the main player in the global gas market gives importance to the analysis of changes in the members&rsquo; behavior of this forum including Russia due to the extra capacity in production. In this article, the behavior of Russia in the Gas Exporting Countries&nbsp; Forum is analyzed by using Markov Switching model and monthly data from 2008 to 2022. &nbsp;The results showed that the pattern of Russia&#39;s behavior in the forum does not fluctuate between competitive and collusion regimes over time. so that Russia&#39;s behavior in the first regime has been non-competitive and based on the pattern of &quot;partial market sharing&quot; and the Second regime it&#39;s behavior &nbsp;has been non-competitive &nbsp;based on the pattern of &quot;</span></span></span> <span style="font-size:14.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black">Market Sharing and Price Making</span></span></span> <span style="font-size:14.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black">&quot;. &nbsp;&nbsp;And Russia&#39;s behavior in both regimes has been non-competitive.
