Due to the significance of this matter, it is essential to establish dedicated contracts specifically governing this phase of the reservoir&rsquo;s life cycle. These contracts require distinct terms and conditions tailored to the unique nature of EOR/IOR operations. In this paper investigates Iran&rsquo;s upstream oil contracts, tracing their evolution then extracts the contractual and lagal requirements of each model.
