fa ارزیابی اقتصادی راهکارهای بهینه‌سازی مصرف انرژی با منطق فازی (مطالعه موردی شهرک آتی ساز تهران) اقتصاد انرژي Energy Economic رساله(پايان نامه)كارشناسي ارشد Thesis(M.A.) <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یکی از بخش&shy; های مهم اقتصادی کشور، بخش ساختمان است. در این مقاله با بررسی اطلاعات مربوط به شهرک آتی</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">&shy;</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">ساز تهران به ارزیابی اقتصادی اجرای راهکارهای صرفه&shy;جویی انرژی پرداخته شده است. اقدامات مورد بررسی عبارتند از: استفاده از دمپر خودکار، چیلرهای خورشیدی، موتورخانه هوشمند و سیستم روشنایی </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">LED</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">. ارزیابی اقتصادی طرح&shy;های مذکور، با رویکرد فازی (غیر قطعی) انجام گرفته است. نتایج نشان می&shy;دهند که منافع اقدامات صرفه&rlm;جویی، بسیار بیشتر از هزینه&shy;های آن است. اجرای طرح صرفه&shy;جویی انرژی نه&shy;تنها از دیدگاه ملی و کلان کشور، بلکه از نظر خود مصرف&shy;کنندگان نیز بسیار مقرون به صرفه است. برخی از اقدامات بهینه&shy;سازی مصرف انرژی نیز باید در زمان احداث ساختمان انجام پذیرد تا دارای توجیه اقتصادی باشد.</span></span><br> &nbsp; One of the important energy consuming sectors of the country is buildings. In this research, we use the energy audit of the Atisaz complex in Tehran to evaluate the economic benefits of energy saving measures.&nbsp; We evaluate measures such as: using the automatic damper, replacing the active existing chiller with the solar absorption one, using intelligent boiler-room and replacing the existing lighting system with the LED one.&nbsp; We evaluate the economic benefits of these measures using FUZZY LOGIC.
