fa بررسی اثرات افزایش قیمت سوخت و نرخ ارز در بازار عمده فروشی برق ایران اقتصاد برق E.Economic مقاله paper <p dir="RTL" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"><font color="#000000">امروزه دغدغه بسیاری از کشورهای جهان، بهینه سازی صنعت برق، افزایش کارایی و پیش بینی ظرفیت های لازم برای پاسخگویی به تقاضای روز افزون برق می&shy;باشد. در این تحقیق، ضمن شبیه سازی بازار برق ایران، اثر تغییر در نرخ سوخت و نرخ ارز بر قیمت برق در بازار عمده فروشی برق بررسی شده است. سپس با بکارگیری مدل های مالی که شامل هزینه ها و درآمدهای نیروگاه هاست، بازدهی سرمایه گذاری در احداث نیروگاه های مختلف بررسی شده است. نتایج این تحقیق نشان می&shy;دهد در حال حاضر نرخ بازدهی داخلی واقعی سرمایه گذاری در احداث نیروگاه های گازی، بیشتر از نیروگاه های سیکل ترکیبی و بخاری است. با افزایش قیمت سوخت نیروگاهی، انگیزه ها و نرخ بازدهی داخلی سرمایه گذاری در احداث نیروگاه های سیکل ترکیبی و بخاری نسبت به گازی افزایش می یابد. هم چنین، با افزایش نرخ ارز ترتیب موجود در انگیزه های سرمایه گذاری حفظ شده و با کاهش نرخ ارز، انگیزه های سرمایه گذاری در احداث نیروگاه های سیکل ترکیبی و بخاری نسبت به نیروگاه های گازی افزایش می یابد.</font></span></p> <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; text-align: justify; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: ltr;"><span new="" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:" times=""><font color="#000000">Nowadays, many countries have focused on optimizing the power industry, increasing the efficiency and predicting necessary capacities to response growing demand</font><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><font color="#000000"> .</font></span><font color="#000000">In this study, in addition to simulating the electricity market, the effect of changes in fuel prices and the exchange rate on the price of electricity on the wholesale market are investigated</font><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><font color="#000000">.</font></span><font color="#000000"> Then, using a financial model that includes plant&#39;s costs and revenues, returns on investing in different plants have been studied</font><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><font color="#000000">.</font></span></span></p> <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; text-align: justify; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: ltr;"><span new="" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:" times=""><font color="#000000">The results show that the current internal rate of return on investment in the construction of open cycle gas turbine power plants is more than the combined cycle gas turbine power plants and steam power plant.
