fa تدوین استراتژی‌های حضور مؤثر ایران در مجمع کشورهای صادرکننده‌ی گاز قراردادهاي نفتي-حقوقي Contracts پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><a name="OLE_LINK97"></a><a name="OLE_LINK96">با توجه به رخداد‌ها و روندهای نوین اقتصاد انرژی جهانی، گاز طبیعی یکی از کالاهای استراتژیک است که دارندگان منابع آن می‌توانند از گاز برای تأثیر‌گذاری بر معادلات جهانی به نفع خود استفاده نمایند. در این راستا تشکیل مجمع کشورهای صادرکننده‌ گاز (</a><span dir="LTR">GECF</span>) که جمهوری اسلامی ایران در ایجاد آن نقش اساسی داشت، از مهم‌ترین تحولات بین‌المللی در عرصه جهانی گاز در سال‌های اخیر محسوب می‌شود. این مجمع برای حضور مؤثر در بازار گاز و جهت‌دهی به تحولات آینده این &nbsp;بازار با محدودیت‌ها، مسایل و مشکلات مختلفی مواجه است. در عین حال از مزایا و نقاط قوت مناسبی نیز برخوردار می‌باشد.</p> <p dir="RTL">حال سوال اصلی این است که ایران برای حضور فعال و مؤثر خود در این مجمع می‌بایست چه راهبردها و استراتژی‌هایی را مدنظر قرار دهد؟ مقاله‌ی حاضر با استفاده از روش توصیفی تحلیلی بر گرفته از مدل تحلیلی چند متغییره مونتلی در مورد عوامل مؤثر در همگرایی اقتصادی سازمانی، در صدد پاسخ به این سوال می‌باشد. جمهوری اسلامی ایران با توجه به این محدودیت‌ها و امکانات، می‌باید چالش‌های درونی مجمع را شناسایی نموده و براساس توانایی خود، راهبردهای حضور فعال در مجمع را طراحی کند.</p> <p dir="RTL">نتایج تحقیق به‌طور کلی بیانگر آن است که عضویت ایران در مجمع کشورهای صادرکننده‌ی گاز هم ماهیت سیاسی دارد و هم ماهیت اقتصادی. اقتصادی از این منظر که درآمد حاصل از فروش گاز سبب افزایش درآمدهای ارزی ایران می‌شود و سیاسی از این منظر که این افزایش درآمد سبب افزایش توانایی ایران در پی‌گیری اهداف سیاست خارجی خود به دلیل افزایش وابستگی متقابل جهانی به عرضه انرژی ایران و جلوگیری از بازگشت تحریم‌ها خواهد شد. در این راستا با شناخت رقبا و بررسی نقاط قوت و ضعف آنها، استراتژی‌ها و راهبردهای مؤثر جهت تأثیرگذاری بیشتر و بهتر ایران در مجمع و همچنین بازار جهانی گاز تدوین شده است.</p> Because of recent events and trends in the global energy economy, natural gas is one of strategic goods and gas resource holders can use their gas to influence the global equations in favor. Formation of Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF) that Iran had a major role in its establishment, is one of the most important international developments in the international arena in recent years. Despite of strength and advantage of GECF, however this forum is having some restrictions and problems for having efficient participation and also ruling the gas market.<br> At this point the main question is that which policies and strategies must be taken by Iran to have effective role in this forum? This paper uses the analytical method based on Mattli&#39;s multivariate analysis model about the factors affecting organizational Economic Convergence, aiming to answer this question. Therefore, in this regard, the Islamic Republic of Iran while considering the constraints and possibilities must recognize the internal challenges of the forum and design required strategies for active participation in the forum.<br> The results of this study indicate that the Iran&#39;s membership in Gas Exporting Countries Forum has both political and economic dimensions for this country.
