Abstract:   (1256 Views)

Oil&gas wells are the main physical assets in the upstream of the industry&they have a critical role in production&economy energy.Regarding the special equipments, high cost, strategic structure&continuos flow in their production, the issue of maintenance is deemed to be very critical. The purpose of this research is realizing the dimensions, components&sub components in oil&gas wells and to express the inter-relationship for presenting an appropriate maintenance framework. In this paper, initially by literature review and through interviews with15experts in adminstration, critical maintenance indicators, dimensions and components for oil&gas wells in the list of acts&methods were gathered, which were then presented through a Delphi questionnaire. The output is identifying6 dimensions&14 components in 57sub-components.In the quantitative part, the presented framework was verified by AMOS. In the second phase, for connection&continuity between main dimensions&their components an ISM has been used.According to experts panel views and analysis of components,an integrated maintenance framework for oil&gas wells has been presented. The results revealed that these6dimensions:1-cultural changing and organizational content for maintenance2-equipment information management3-premature decline prevention4-maintenance resource and plans optimization5-life cycle activities management6-performance management and continuous improvement in maintenance, affected the revision&redesigning the unplanned and insular methods and given the resistive economy they finally lead to coherence, integrity, optimizing plan management and maximizing the use of resources.
