A comparative study of energy efficiency improvement contracts in Iran and the European :union:

The issue of energy is always raised with the issue of its consumption. Consequently, energy policy makers have paid attention to energy consumption. Energy efficiency improvement contracts seek to design appropriate mechanisms to reduce energy consumption by employing the creativity and new technologies of the private sector. By creating financial incentives, these contracts encourage technology owners to take plans to reduce consumption. Countries need financial resources for their economic development. Oil and gas can be one of the most important financial sources for countries. Of course, the degree of dependence of different countries on this source is differentFor this reason, oil-rich countries resort to foreign investors. Investors who have the necessary capital, knowledge, technology and management skills and also accept the risk of oil operations. Includes scattered production by investors. This research, using the descriptive and analytical method, considering the importance of the discussion of energy efficiency improvement contracts, this article aims to add to the literature of this field by studying the achievements in the field of Iran and the European :union:, and to learn from the experience of European countries in the flourishing of scientific reserves as much as possible. The country of Iran will benefit.
