Since supply chain risks are intertwined, a resilient approach to reduce risk can moderate supply chain risks. The current research was conducted with the aim of determining the causal and structural relationships between the factors influencing the supply chain risk management based on resilience using a mixed (qualitative-quantitative) approach. For this purpose, we used the multi-grounded theory method to identify the influencing factors, the interpretive structural modeling method to determine the relationships, and the structural equation modeling method to test the significance of the relationships. In the first part, the relationships between the influential factors were identified with the judgment of 17 experts and a structural interpretative model was obtained.then, with the data obtained from the number of 350 managers and experts of Iran's National Oil Products Distribution Company, the validity of the relationships determined in the ISM model was evaluated using the SEM method.the findings showed that supply chain risks, while influencing each other, affect resilience factors in the second level of the model. Therefore, resilience factors are affected by risks and react to control them, and this issue can lead to the achievement of supply chain risk management goals at the first level of the model.
