| The purpose of this research is identifying & prioritizing the effective factors in physical asset management for oil and gas wells. Oil & gas wells are the main physical assets in the upstream of the oil industry. Regarding the, special technologies ,high cost, surface and sub-surface machineries and facilities , continuous process production, & life cycle of wells, the physical asset management of this package is immensely critical &,important ..Initially by literature review and through interviews with 15 experts in administration , critical physical asset management indicators ,dimensions and components for oil& gas wells in the list of acts& methods were gathered, which were then presented through a Delphi questionnaire. The output is identifying 6 dimensions & 14 components in 57sub-components. In the qualitative phase, for connection& continuity between main dimensions & their components an ISM has been used. In the quantitative part, the presented framework was verified by Confirmatory Factor Analysis in AMOS. After that, prioritizing the effective factors in 6 dimensions by FAHP as below, at first level, equipment information management in oil & gas wells second ,performance management and continuous improvement in oil & gas wells ,the third is, decline prevention in oil & gas wells... |
